Collaborative Solutions Receives Top Honor from Fortune Magazine as a 2016 ‘100 Best Medium Workplace’

With over a decade of expertise in delivering enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 and government clientele, company receives award as a best medium-sized workplace.

Collaborative Solutions is pleased to announce that it has achieved national recognition as a top medium-sized workplace. Fortune Magazine and Great Place to Work® jointly named Collaborative Solutions #39 among the 100 Best Medium Workplaces.

Collaborative Solutions received this accolade based on employees' anonymous responses to an extensive survey about their levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie at work. Great Place to Work® reviewed the survey results of more than 52,000 employees from hundreds of companies in the ranking process. Among the findings from the study: trust fuels business performance. For example, the Best Medium Workplaces enjoy roughly three times the revenue growth of their peers.medium_companies_Page_1.jpg

“There’s a generosity of spirit that infuses the Best Small and Medium workplaces—one that has a measurable return,” said Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Great Place to Work. “Whether it’s funding employee ‘passion projects’ or giving surprise gifts to customers, the best workplaces give it away. And they get it back in the form of inspired people who innovate harder and generate higher revenue.”

“The companies included on this list make workplace environment a priority, with leadership transparency and unique workplace aspects treasured by employees,” said Chief Executive Officer Carroll Ross. “Collaborative Solutions’ culture is different because it is built by and for our employees. Through an open-door policy with executives, a focus on employee satisfaction, mentoring and training programs, and most of all, true teamwork and collaboration. We believe we have one of the most unique and inviting cultures in our industry.”

“We are proud of every award that we receive, but awards that come directly from our employees’ candid opinions mean the most” said President and Chief Culture Officer Bob Maller. “As we continue to grow at a rapid rate, workplace culture remains a top priority. This award is a testament to that fact, as we’ve grown from a top boutique firm to a top medium-sized workplace.”

The Best Medium Workplaces is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and Fortune based upon employee survey feedback from Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM organizations.

Collaborative Solutions also ranked as a Best Workplace for Millennials in 2015 by Great Place to Work and Fortune. This distinction marks Collaborative Solutions’ twelfth workplace and culture award this year. To view our open positions, please visit the “Career” page on our website.

Employees complete the anonymous Trust Index© survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including, for example, their assessment of the honesty and quality of communication by managers, degree of support for employees' personal and professional lives, and the authenticity of relationships with colleagues. Results from the survey are highly reliable, having a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 5% or less. Companies between 100 and 999 employees compete for placement on the 100 Best Medium Workplaces list.
