London, 29th April 2021 – Employees have spoken! Collaborative Solutions’ open-door communication policy is just one of the many reasons why employees enjoy working for the organisation – even during a crisis. Despite an incredibly challenging year for businesses all over the world, Collaborative Solutions was able to sustain their award-winning culture, ultimately achieving placement on the 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list in the medium category published by Great Place to Work® UK.
Collaborative Solutions is among the 183 UK-based organisations to be recognised by its employees as an organisation that promotes a healthy workplace culture through trust, pride, and camaraderie during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is the Collaborative Solutions’ first year placing on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ list, and the second consecutive year being named Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the UK. Last year, the company was recognised by Great Place to Work® for Excellence in Wellbeing.
“We are delighted to be recognised for our workplace culture in the UK,” said Rob Maltby, Collaborative’s Vice President in EMEA. “Our employees will always be our top priority, so it’s very important to the executive team to maintain an environment that allows our employees to feel supported. It’s extremely rewarding to hear that our UK employees feel valued by Collaborative.”
The certification results showed that 87% of employees have consistently positive experiences at Collaborative. Collaborative Solutions’ commitment to its employees is guided by the company’s values: People, Collaboration, Knowledge, Balance, and Integrity. Each core value is instilled within the company’s business practices, from hiring the right people to collaborating with the right partners. The company actively works to create and maintain a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment for all employees.
Understanding the perspectives of employees is key to building a successful workplace environment. Great Place to Work® administers a comprehensive employee survey, which represents 3/4 of an organisation’s final score. The remaining quarter of the score comes from the Culture Audit® - a business-driven questionnaire that uncovers and evaluates the organisation's HR and leadership practices, policies, and culture.
Collaborative Solutions consistently ranks among the best workplaces in the United States and the UK. Its placement on this list follows 19 US workplace awards and 2 UK workplace awards in 2020, including Great Place to Work® UK Excellence in Wellbeing, Great Place to Work® US Best Workplace in Consulting & Professional Services™, US Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Millennials, US Consulting Magazine’s Best Firms to Work For, and US Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Women.
