Collaborative Solutions Recognized as the #3 Top Workplace in 2020 for Midsize Companies in the Bay Area

Pleasanton, CA – October 22, 2020 – Collaborative Solutions has been recognized as a 2020 Top Workplace  in the San Francisco Bay Area by the Bay Area News Group, taking the #3 spot on the list. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just a recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

“We are thrilled to once again be recognized as a Top Workplace in the Bay Area,” said Collaborative Solutions President and Chief Culture Officer Bob Maller. “We recognize we could not be an award-winning workplace without honest and transparent feedback from our employees. It is incredibly rewarding to know that all the effort we put into making Collaborative an inclusive and engaging workplace is effective, and that our employees love working here.”

Collaborative Solutions has always focused on its culture, even as the past year has brought uncertainty and disruption in many ways. Collaborative employees were already well accustomed to working remotely, which made the transition to fully remote work much easier for the organization. Even still, leaders from Collaborative’s Learning & Development team have pioneered new ways for employees to connect with one another through initiatives like the “Week of Learning,” where employees hosted workshops to teach new skills and have fun together virtually. There has also been an increased focus on employee engagement through the creation of Collaborative’s Diversity & Inclusion council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The council and these ERGs have empowered employees to support each other and make meaningful impacts on the organization as a whole.

This is the fifth year that Collaborative has been recognized as a Top Workplace in the Bay Area by the Bay Area News Group. This recognition follows other noteworthy honors throughout 2020 thus far for Collaborative Solutions, including Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services, Fortune Best Small & Medium Workplaces, Fortune Best Place to Work for Millennials, Fortune Best Place to Work for Women, Top 100 Best Companies in Florida, Top Workplaces in D.C., Best Places to Work in Atlanta, as well as recognitions for our Executive Leadership Team.
